- Arslanbey Kebab Ltd applies to extend planning permission at the Jolly Farmer pub, 41 Princes Road, Weybridge.
- The original consent allowed a rear aluminium gazebo and mixed pub-and-takeaway use for a temporary 12-month period from July 2024.
- The applicant seeks to vary the temporary condition so the use and structure may continue until 31 July 2030.
- If approved, the new condition would require the use to cease and the land to be restored by that date.
- The application was submitted on 5 August 2026 by agent Steven Elliott of Kona Planning Consultancy Limited.

Arslanbey Kebab Ltd has applied to vary a planning condition at the Jolly Farmer public house on Princes Road, Weybridge, seeking to extend a temporary permission for a rear gazebo and mixed pub-and-takeaway use until 31 July 2030.

The original consent, granted in July 2024, permitted the retention of an aluminium gazebo within the rear curtilage of the premises and a part change of use from a public house to a mixed public house and takeaway. That permission was granted on a temporary basis of 12 months, expiring on 31 July 2025.

The applicant now seeks to vary condition one — the temporary time period — to allow the use and structure to remain for a further five years. The proposed replacement condition would require the use to be discontinued, the gazebo removed, and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31 July 2030.

The application has been submitted by agent Steven Elliott of Kona Planning Consultancy Limited on behalf of the applicant, P Arslan.
